U.S. Orders: a shipping label will be provided via email. Please note that a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns. 

International Orders: eligible for returns only; exchanges are not available. International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Duties, taxes, and other import fees are non-refundable.
